Water Spirit Freight Services is pleased to announce the full resumption of cargo operations at Pier 14 in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, serving St. Thomas, St. Croix, and Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Cargo Receiving:

- Frozen cargo will be accepted on Monday and Tuesday before 4:00 p.m.
- Produce will be accepted on Tuesday before 4:00 p.m.

ST. CROIX (STX) OPERATIONS

Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

- Frozen & perishable items must be delivered Wednesday before 2:00 p.m.
- For vehicle or live‑animal bookings, call 340‑773‑0441 (Option 2).
- Tortola schedule subject to change; call for weekly updates.
- Federal Holiday Notice: We observe all Federal Holidays. Operating hours and service schedules may be adjusted. Contact our local office for details.
STX Weekend Sailing → STT
Cargo Receiving:
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

STT: Saturday (Monday pickup)
- No frozen cargo, perishables, or live animals accepted.
ST. THOMAS (STT) OPERATIONS

Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Arrival:
STX: Saturday (Monday pickup)
- Please be advised that due to cargo being in transit to its destination, all cargo information must be submitted prior to the scheduled drop off day.
- Vehicle bookings must be made in advance; limited to 2–3 vehicles weekly.
- Contact our STT office at 340-771-0920 for advance bookings and availability.
STT → TORTOLA
Cargo Receiving:
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Arrival:
TOR: Thursday Evening
- Frozen and Perishable cargo accepted Thursday only, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Vehicle bookings must be made in advance; contact our STT office at 340-771-0920.
🔄 Schedule Changes:
All sailing dates are tentative and may be modified due to operational requirements, schedule adjustments, or port restrictions.
San Juan Cargo Requirements
- Commercial invoice required for all cargo
- Drivers must present: TWIC Card and Puerto Rico Ports Authority ID
- High visibility safety vest required for all personnel
- Cargo must be properly labeled and accompanied by all required documentation
⚠️ IMPORTANT HAZMAT NOTICE
For the moment, we are not accepting containerized hazardous materials (HAZMAT), including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane tanks, and similar regulated materials.
For any loose hazardous cargo requiring shipment, such as batteries, paint, chemicals, or other regulated items, please contact our office before delivery for acceptance requirements, documentation, and approval.
